Hillary Monaghan has been Time4Learning’s bookkeeper since 2009 and is a great addition to our team.  She is reliable, dependable and extremely accurate.

Hillary’s biggest strength is communication which is a huge contributor to the quality of her work.  This is extremely important for us since we use the online version of QuickBooks and she works remotely.  She doesn’t assume anything and will open the lines of communication when unfamiliar expenses or fees appear and will question changes in expenses, payroll, etc.   In fact, she has caught some vendor errors where we were able to resolve the issue after her discovery.

Most importantly she is trustworthy.  She has complete access to all of our online bank, PayPal and credit card accounts.  This gives her the ability to work remotely without us having to manually send her the necessary documents to satisfy her assigned tasks.
